When reporting an issue, include:
- Your device and browser or app version
- The action you were trying to take
- Any error message you saw
- Whether the issue happened after signing in, saving, searching, editing, trashing, uploading media, restoring purchases, backing up, or restoring
Purchases And Restore Purchases
New accounts can receive Premium trial access without starting an automatic paid subscription. If a Pro, Premium, or storage add-on purchase does not appear, open Settings, go to Storage & Plans, and choose Restore Purchases. App Store billing, Google Play billing, Stripe billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by the relevant payment provider.
Storage, Backup, And Media
HookVault enforces storage, per-save media, file-size, and monthly bandwidth limits by plan. Free accounts keep access to saved trial content, search, account backup, delete, and text/metadata editing, but cannot add new image or video files after the trial. If media bandwidth limits are passed, media loading may be throttled while a custom pricing agreement is reached.
Account And Data Deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account and saved vault data inside HookVault from Settings. Account deletion includes saved entries, media records, and stored image or video files associated with the account. If you cannot access your account, visit the Account Deletion page for help.
